Labour Law Society of Lesotho (LESLAW) is a non-governmental, non-partisan and Non-religious organisation registered under the Societies Act of 1967.
Its objective is to offer practitioners in labour law, human resource management, Industrial Relations and related fields a platform for collegiality, collaboration, advocacy for legal reforms and advancement of the profession.
Membership is open to Judges, magistrates, Arbitrators, Lawyers, HR and IR practitioners, Trade unionists, employers’ associations and government officials.
The organisation will be formally launched on the 17th September, 2021 at the premises of Tharollo Consultancy but it will be streamed live on Facebook. A link will also be provided for members who may wish to attend the event virtually.
LESLAW is a member of its parent society, the African Labour Law Society (ALLS) and it enjoys support from its sister organisation across Africa and the beyond. Membership to LESLAW automatically gets members membership to the ALLS.
